Four C's
My name is Olivia Clair, founder of Four C’s. My story began when I decided to walk away from being a full-time trauma nurse to a stay at home mom. I always had a love for baking and recently found a new love for sourdough. With homemade sourdough breads becoming a very popular trend recently, I wanted to incorporate all the health benefits and goodness of sourdough into something different. So I started experimenting with other classics like cookies, cakes, and muffins with a sourdough component. Because who doesn’t like a tasty treat with out the guilt? I have four young boys who all have a love for fishing from their father who is an avid fisherman. So the name Four C’s Represents my four sons and our last name, Clair, and all the waves that come with motherhood, family, business and the love for the ocean!
